Job summary

Compass Pathways is seeking a Neuroscience Therapeutic Sales Specialist to drive adoption within certified treatment centers across Irvine, CA and surrounding areas. This field-based role requires strong clinical education, strategic account management, and a consultative approach to healthcare providers.

You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on regulatory, safety, and patient access, while supporting a new therapeutic modality in mental health.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 5–8+ years in pharmaceutical or biotech sales, preferably in specialty areas.
• Experience with psychiatry, CNS, or behavioral health markets is a plus.
• Strong communication of clinical concepts to providers.

Responsibilities

• Execute territory-level commercial strategy to support launch and uptake of the therapy.
• Develop relationships with psychiatrists, treatment centers, and health systems.
• Deliver accurate, compliant product and disease education to providers.
• Identify suitable patients and assist with referral pathways.
• Collaborate with sites to optimize treatment delivery workflows.
• Navigate reimbursement pathways and access challenges for patients.
• Share field insights to inform brand strategy and launch plans.
• Manage territory planning, call cadence, and performance tracking.
