Compass Pathways is seeking a Neuroscience Therapeutic Sales Specialist to drive adoption of our innovative mental health therapy in a field-based role across New Orleans, LA and surrounding areas. You will build partnerships with psychiatrists, treatment centers, and integrated care systems to deliver education and foster access.

The role requires strong clinical acumen, robust field leadership, and the ability to navigate payer pathways while collaborating with Medical Affairs and Market

Qualifications

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in science or related field.
• 5–8+ years in pharmaceutical or biotech sales, preferably in CNS/psychiatry.
• Strong ability to build trust with healthcare providers.

Responsibilities

• Execute territory-level commercial strategy to support launch and uptake.
• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with psychiatrists and treatment centers.
• Deliver compliant, scientifically accurate product education to providers.
• Identify eligible patients and guide referral pathways.
• Collaborate with treatment sites to optimize onboarding and delivery workflows.
• Navigate site-of-care dynamics and scheduling considerations.
• Partner with Medical Affairs, Market Access, and Patient Support to ensure aligned execution.
• Support patient access by understanding reimbursement pathways.
• Gather actionable field insights to inform brand strategy.
• Manage territory business planning and call planning.
