Job summary

Compass Pathways is seeking a Neuroscience Therapeutic Sales Specialist to drive adoption of an innovative mental health therapy in a defined Territory (St. Louis E, MO and surrounding areas).

The role combines clinical education, account management, and patient access, with up to 70% travel and field-based responsibilities. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (advanced degree preferred).
• 5–8+ years of pharmaceutical or biotech sales experience.
• Experience in psychiatry, CNS, or behavioral health markets preferred.
• Experience with payer processes and site-of-care dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Execute territory-level commercial strategy to support launch and uptake of therapy.
• Develop relationships with psychiatrists, treatment centers, and health systems.
• Deliver scientifically accurate education to healthcare providers.
• Identify appropriate patients and assist with referral pathways.
• Collaborate with treatment sites to optimize delivery workflows.
• Navigate patient access and reimbursement processes.
• Gather field insights to inform brand strategy and launch execution.
• Manage territory business planning, call planning, and performance tracking.
