Compass Pathways is seeking a Therapeutic Sales Specialist to drive adoption of our novel mental health therapy across a defined territory, partnering with psychiatrists, treatment centers, and care systems.

Location: field-based with travel up to 70%. Reports to Regional Sales Director. Bachelor's degree required; 5–8+ years pharma/biotech sales; experience in psychiatry or CNS preferred; strong clinical education and account management skills.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 5–8+ years of pharmaceutical or biotech sales experience, preferably in specialty or complex therapeutic areas.
• Experience in psychiatry, CNS, or behavioral health markets is preferred.
• Demonstrated success in launching novel therapies or operating in pre-launch environments.
• Strong clinical acumen and ability to communicate complex concepts clearly.

Aufgaben

• Execute territory-level commercial strategy to support launch and uptake of the therapy.
• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with psychiatrists, treatment centers, and health systems.
• Deliver compliant, scientifically accurate education to healthcare providers.
• Identify appropriate patients and aid providers with referral pathways.
• Collaborate with sites to support onboarding and optimization of delivery workflows.
• Navigate site-of-care dynamics including scheduling and patient flow.
• Partner with Medical Affairs, Market Access, Patient Support, and Commercial Ops to ensure coordinated execution.
• Support patient access by understanding reimbursement pathways and payer processes.
• Gather field insights to inform brand strategy and launch execution.
• Plan territory business activities, prioritizing accounts and tracking performance.
