Job summary

Compass Pathways is seeking a Neuroscience Therapeutic Sales Specialist to drive adoption of a novel mental health therapy at certified treatment centers. Field-based in Jacksonville, FL, with up to 70% travel, you will partner with psychiatrists, healthcare providers, and care systems to launch the therapy.

You will deliver scientifically accurate, compliant education, identify appropriate patients, support site onboarding, and collaborate with Medical Affairs, Market Access, and Commercial

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required (advanced degree preferred).
5–8+ years of pharmaceutical or biotech sales experience, preferably in specialty or complex therapeutic areas.
Experience in psychiatry, CNS, or behavioral health markets, medical and PBM reimbursement, buy-and-bill, site-of-care dynamics, and payer processes.

Responsibilities

Execute territory-level commercial strategy to support launch and uptake of the therapy.
Develop and maintain strategic relationships with psychiatrists, treatment centers, behavioral health systems, and stakeholders.
Deliver scientifically accurate, compliant education to healthcare providers.
