Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong communication with patients and families to support care planning.
• Cultural sensitivity when collaborating with diverse patient populations.
• Assess and plan patient care using nursing process and evidence-based practices.
• Coordinate discharge planning and post-discharge requirements.
• Accurate documentation of patient information in health records.
• Demonstrate Basic Life Support and professional nursing roles.
