Job summary

Thomas Jefferson University Hospitals, Inc. is seeking a registered nurse for the Surgical/Trauma 7C unit in Center City Philadelphia. The role offers a full-time, rotating shift schedule in a respected academic health system.

You will provide patient-centered nursing care, develop care plans with patients and families, and collaborate with inter-professional teams to deliver safe and effective outcomes. A valid PA RN license and BLS certification are required, with BSN preferred.

Qualifications

• Specialized Diploma graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Knowledge of patient- and family-centered care and collaboration with care partners.
• Active RN license in the state of practice (Pennsylvania).
• Proficient in effective communication and documentation in health records.
• Knowledge of medication administration and discharge planning.

Responsibilities

• Interact with patients, families, and staff in alignment with Jefferson Health values.
