Qualifications

• Specialized Diploma Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required.

• Active RN license required in state(s) of practice.
• Strong communication and teamwork capabilities across diverse settings.
• Familiarity with discharge planning, patient education, and post-discharge needs.
• BLS/ACLS certifications as applicable to role.

Responsibilities
