Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years in pharma with drug development or business development experience.
• Experience leading partnering/diligence processes and governance for deals.
• Strong strategic thinking, leadership, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Actively supports the S&E lead for active diligences and coordinates deliverables.
• Leads cross-functional diligences with internal SMEs and external partners.
• Drives governance and alignment to enable timely deal progression.
• Monitors performance and shares learnings to improve portfolio consistency.
• Manages risks across the deal portfolio and supports governance navigation.
