Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Neuroscience Sales Representative to support the Pittsburgh North territory. You will drive sales, engage healthcare professionals with clinical evidence, and implement local business plans to maximize impact in neuropsychiatric care.

The role requires B2B/pharmaceutical sales experience, strong communication, and the ability to travel as needed. You will operate in a compliant, ethical framework within a dynamic, patient-focused team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• 1+ years of documented success in B2B sales; previous sales in pharmaceuticals, biologics, and/or medical device sales preferred.
• Valid driver's license and safe driving record.
• Strong verbal, presentation, and listening skills.
• Ability to adapt to telemedicine/virtual environment.
• Domestic travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Following compliance guidelines, drives sales performance to meet or exceed forecasts within assigned territory by contacting Primary Care HCP offices.
• Educates healthcare professionals with clinical evidence, indications, and product efficacy/safety profiles to support on-label prescribing.
• Uses budgets to achieve territory objectives and tailors discussions to customer needs in a compliant manner.
• Operate independently with sales proficiency to achieve sales forecasts and budgets.
• Maintain knowledge of local market, practice structures, and key influencers; share insights with stakeholders.
• Input into resource allocation decisions across customers/region and select appropriate programs/resources.
• Provide special education to healthcare providers through compliant programs.
• Collaborate with District Manager and stakeholders to develop a local business plan leveraging formulary approvals.
• Work with colleagues to share best practices and align on objectives.
• Maintain accurate scheduling, call data, and expense reporting; meet NSR deliverables.
• Develop compliant business plans based on customer needs and product portfolio.
• Complete all required company and job-related training on schedule.
