In this role, you will develop expertise on Caplyta and related portfolio assets, execute strategic territory plans, and collaborate across functions to deliver a consistent customer experience through diverse channels, including in-person and digital interactions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degrees preferred.
• Valid driver's license in the United States.
• Minimum 3 years in healthcare or pharma sales, account management, or customer-facing roles.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% (overnight/weekends may be required).
• Strong skills in strategic sales planning and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to analyze data and use insights to drive outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Engage healthcare professionals with customer-specific, outcome-driven approaches.
• Develop expertise in Neuroscience portfolio and Caplyta, applying clinical and business knowledge.
• Communicate clinical information using approved materials and policies.
• Create and execute territory/account plans aligned to regional goals.
• Identify key stakeholders and tailor messages to drive adoption.
• Collaborate across functions to deliver a consistent customer experience.
• Use CRM and AI-enabled tools to enhance prioritization and follow-through.
