Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Proactively reach out to HCPs on product access and on-label information.
• Engage customers via virtual or digital tools and coordinate with CSS as needed.
• Organize local speaker programs and provider group discussions with regional leaders.
• Ensure customer requests are met and collect feedback on engagement quality.
• Collaborate with the ecosystem team to adjust targeting and call plans.
• Translate insights from customer-facing roles into local strategy and goals.
