The role focuses on local care delivery, speaker programs, and organizing provider discussions, with opportunities to influence local strategy and patient care outcomes. Requires multiple years in pharma/medical sales and healthcare experience.

Qualifications

• Pharmaceutical or medical device sales experience (2+ years) or successful completion of the Otsuka ReadyNow program.
• 3+ years of B2B or equivalent outside sales experience in regulated or clinical settings.
• 2+ years of clinical healthcare exposure with patient-facing duties and educational responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Engage HCPs using in-person, virtual, and digital tools.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (MSLs, HSAMs, PELs) under guidelines.
• Organize speaker programs and local provider group discussions.
• Elevate local market insights to the Area Business Lead to inform strategy.
