The role focuses on engaging healthcare professionals, applying knowledge of Caplyta, and driving patient-focused outcomes. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree (MS/MBA/PhD preferred), up to 50% travel, and a proven record in structured sales.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MS/MBA/PhD preferred.
• Valid driver’s license issued in the United States.
• Travel up to 50% may be required, including overnight or weekend travel.
• Must live in or be willing to relocate to the geography.
• Selling experience using a structured approach with clear next steps.
• Ability to form trust-based relationships and work cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Engage healthcare professionals and stakeholders with customer-specific approaches.
• Develop expertise in Neuroscience portfolio and apply clinical/business knowledge to support engagement.
• Communicate approved clinical and scientific information using approved materials.
• Develop and execute strategic pre-call and account plans to drive business outcomes.
• Identify, prioritize, and engage key stakeholders across accounts and care settings.
• Collaborate with internal partners to support coordinated customer engagement.
