Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is recruiting for a Neuroscience sales role based in the Washington, DC territory (Bethesda, MD, and Silver Spring, MD). This role supports customer engagement with healthcare professionals and stakeholders, leveraging Caplyta and other portfolio products to drive outcomes.

The position may be graded at multiple levels within the sales family; final leveling will be based on experience, skills, and demonstrated capabilities. Travel up to 50% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degrees preferred.
• A valid driver’s license issued in the United States.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant healthcare sales or customer-facing experience.
• Ability to travel up to 50% including overnight travel.
• Must live in or relocate to the geography (Washington, DC area).

Responsibilities

• Engage healthcare professionals and stakeholders using customer-specific approaches.
• Develop expertise in the Neuroscience portfolio and apply clinical and business knowledge to support engagement and territory priorities.
• Communicate approved clinical and scientific information using allowed materials.
• Develop and execute strategic pre-call and account plans to drive business outcomes.
• Identify and engage key stakeholders to tailor messages and resources per role.
• Optimize selling time and stakeholder access across accounts and care settings.
• Analyze market data to identify opportunities and adjust execution strategies.
• Apply payer access and reimbursement knowledge to support appropriate utilization.
• Build trust-based relationships with customers and internal partners.
