Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university.
• 4+ years pharma/biopharma/biologics or related healthcare sales experience.
• Demonstrated ability to learn disease/product knowledge annually.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead business planning and account leadership using data-based insights.
• Deliver compelling product messages and close calls with action commitments.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers and office staff.
• Apply therapeutic area knowledge to identify opportunities and drive sales.
• Stay informed on payer dynamics and address access issues.
• Ensure compliance with pharma regulations and Lundbeck policies.
