Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; CNS knowledge valued.
• Ability to translate complex clinical data into practical value propositions.

• Able to communicate complex clinical and product information clearly.

Responsibilities

• Proactively reach out to HCPs on product access and on-label information.
• Engage customers via in-person, virtual and digital tools; route to colleagues as needed.
• Facilitate speaker programs and organize local provider discussions.
• Ensure customer requests are met and collect feedback on engagement quality.
• Collaborate with ecosystem team to adjust targeting and call point plans.
