Job summary

Otsuka Pharmaceutical Companies (U.S.) is seeking a Neuroscience Specialist to lead proactive engagement with healthcare professionals, share on-label information, and support patient care guidance. You will coordinate with MSLs, HSAMs, and PELs to elevate insights that influence local strategy and business goals.

Responsibilities include organizing speaker programs, multi-channel outreach, and collaborating with the ecosystem team to optimize targeting and access.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 2+ years in pharma/medical device sales or 3+ years B2B outside sales or 2+ years clinical healthcare with patient-facing duties.

Responsibilities

• Proactively outreaches to HCPs on product access, on-label information, and patient care guidance.
• Engages customers via virtual or digital tools and coordinates with CSS as needed.
• Facilitates speaker programs and organizes local provider groups with regional leaders.
• Ensures customer requests are met and collects feedback on engagement quality.
• Collaborates with ecosystem teams to adjust targeting and call point plans.
• Implements insights to inform local strategy and business goals and communicates opportunities to Area Business Lead.
