Otsuka America Pharmaceutical Inc. is seeking a Neuroscience LTC Specialist to engage healthcare professionals in long-term care with products and approved conditions, using in-person, virtual and digital tools.

The role reports to the Area Business Lead and collaborates with Medical Affairs and RAMs to support local strategy. You will build strategic relationships with LTC facilities, manage local market access considerations, and deliver on-label product information while ensuring regulatory

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2+ years of pharmaceutical or medical device sales experience.
• Experience in LTC or CNS is highly advantageous.
• 4+ years of sales experience with healthcare providers preferred.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate understanding of LTC environment, regulatory requirements, and resident needs to position solutions.
• Identify and cultivate strategic relationships with decision-makers within LTC facilities.
• Develop and execute tailored communication and sales strategies for LTC facilities.
• Provide detailed on-label information and ensure regulatory compliance in communications.
• Address payor coverage, co-pay options, prior authorization, formulary placement, and availability.
• Utilize virtual or digital tools to engage customers (webinars, virtual meetings, digital newsletters).
