Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of pharmaceutical or medical device sales experience.
• 3+ years of B2B or equivalent outside sales experience in regulated or clinical settings.
• 2+ years of clinical healthcare experience with patient-facing responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Personally engage healthcare professionals (HCPs) through various virtual or in-person outreach.
• Direct customers to other colleagues, such as Customer Service Specialists, as needed.
• Ensure customer requests are met and solicit feedback on engagement quality.
• Facilitate speaker programs and organize local provider groups with leaders.
