Bristol Myers Squibb in Princeton, NJ seeks Associate Director, HCP NPP & Digital Activation (Neuroscience) to lead NPP strategy and digital activation across HCP channels in a fast-paced launch environment.

You will translate insights into personalized engagement, manage cross-functional partners, and ensure compliant, data-driven experiences that optimize patient initiation and brand adoption. This role demands a commercial mindset, analytical rigor, and the ability to execute at speed.

Competenze

• 5+ years of pharmaceutical or biotechnology commercial experience focused on NPP marketing or HCP engagement.
• Ability to translate data and segmentation into targeted engagement strategies.
• Experience activating campaigns across paid, owned, and non-personal channels in CNS.
• Strong analytical and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with Mosaic or modular content ecosystems is a plus.

• Own activation and optimization of integrated NPP campaigns across channels.
• Translate insights into personalized HCP engagement strategies.
• Partner with Directors to align channel execution with strategy.
• Manage day-to-day strategy of HCP digital platforms including on-demand ecosystems.

• Ensure content and activation meet compliance and brand standards.
