Johnson & Johnson in Madison, WI is expanding its Neuroscience Sales team to support the CAPLYTA portfolio and deliver ethical, compliant engagement with healthcare professionals. The Neuroscience Sales Specialist will drive territory performance and develop deep product and disease state knowledge for meaningful clinical dialogue.

You will create local strategic plans, allocate resources, and collaborate with regional stakeholders to achieve business objectives, with some travel as required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years in healthcare sales/account management.
• 3+ years in specialty pharmaceutical sales preferred.
• Launch/antipsychotic/bi-polar sales experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree and valid driver’s license.
• Patient-centric and high integrity with compliance.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales to meet or exceed forecasts within the assigned territory.
• Call on HCP offices and Mental Health Community Centers in-person and virtually.
• Maintain current understanding of local market and key influencers.
• Develop local business plan and allocate resources effectively.
• Collaborate with Neuroscience Sales Specialists on shared objectives.
