Qualifications

• A minimum of two (2) years of relevant work experience in healthcare sales/account management, or business to business sales, or recently transitioned from Active-Duty Military
• 3+ years of sales experience in specialty pharmaceuticals preferred
• Launch, antipsychotic, and/or bi-polar sales experience highly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university; valid driver’s license and safe driving record
• Strong desire to improve lives of patients and caregivers; patient-centric approach

Responsibilities

• Following compliance guidelines, drives sales performance to ensure forecasts are met or exceeded within territory.
• Uses budgets to achieve objectives; tailors discussions to customer needs.
• Maintains understanding of local market, practice structures, and key influencers.
• Contributes to local business plan; allocates resources effectively.
• Collaborates with Neuroscience Sales Specialists on objectives and best practices.
• Manages admin tasks: hours, calls data, objectives, responses, expenses.
