Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Neuroscience Sales Representative to support clients in the Cincinnati East territory, including Athens, OH, Ashland, KY, and surrounding areas in Southern Ohio and Northeast Kentucky.

You will build relationships with healthcare professionals, deliver clinical evidence to inform on-label prescribing, and drive compliant sales activities while achieving territory objectives and working with district leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1+ year of documented success in B2B sales.
• Pharmaceuticals, biologics, or medical device sales experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed sales forecasts within assigned territory by calling on Primary Care HCP offices and PC targets, in-person and virtually.
• Educate healthcare professionals on product evidence, indications, and safety profiles to support on-label prescribing.
• Use budgets to achieve territory objectives and tailor discussions to customer needs in a compliant and ethical manner.
• Interact with district managers to develop a local business plan and optimize formulary opportunities.
• Share market insights with internal stakeholders to inform resource allocation and strategic planning.
• Complete training and maintain compliance with company policies and procedures.
