Johnson & Johnson in Ashland, Kentucky and Cincinnati area seeks a Neuroscience Sales Representative to support the Cincinnati East territory, covering Athens, OH, Ashland, KY and surrounding Southern Ohio/Northeast Kentucky. The NSR will develop product and disease state knowledge, engage healthcare professionals, and manage budgets to achieve sales objectives.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 1+ years of B2B sales; pharmaceutical experience is preferred.

Qualificações

• 1+ years of documented success in B2B sales
• Pharmaceutical, biologics, or medical device sales experience preferred
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
• Willingness to travel within territory and beyond as needed

Responsabilidades

• Drive sales within the Cincinnati East territory by engaging primarily with PC offices and select targets
• Educate healthcare professionals on product indications, efficacy, safety profiles, and clinical evidence
• Manage budgets and resources to hit territory objectives and implement strategic plans
• Develop local business plans and coordinate with district leadership to achieve objectives
• Build compliant, ethical customer relationships and provide timely activity reporting
