Job summary

Ipsen is seeking a Neuroscience Specialty Representative to join a nationwide sales team, handling a designated territory and driving product adoption among healthcare providers and pharmacists. You will manage administrative duties, ensure compliance with drug laws and Ipsen policies, and execute strategic business plans to achieve sales goals.

The role requires a B.S./B.A. degree and 3+ years in pharmaceutical sales, with neuroscience experience and migraine/treatment promos preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative.
• Experience in neuroscience area is strongly preferred.
• Experience promoting preventive treatments for migraine preferred.
• Experience promoting toxins for therapeutic indications preferred.
• Ability to manage promoting pharmaceutical products in a buy-and-bill environment is preferred.
• Health education experience is a strong asset.
• Academic background in healthcare is a strong asset.

Responsibilities

• Attain designated goals for calls on appropriate HCPs to communicate balanced, accurate information on Ipsen’s products.
• Execute calls on HCPs and pharmacists to provide product information and ensure product availability in the territory.
• Conduct in-depth conversations with physicians and other HCPs utilizing multiple data sets across a broad base of approved product indications.
• Navigate through complex organization structures including hospitals and healthcare communities.
• Manage the territory in an efficient and orderly manner with daily call reporting and sample accountability; develop and execute business plans.
