Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is expanding its Field Reimbursement Manager role in the Seattle, WA region, covering Seattle, Tacoma, Coeur d Alene, ID, and Anchorage, AK. You will educate providers on reimbursement, coordinate with sales and PECS, and enable access to Janssen neuroscience therapies.

The FRM will spend significant time on-site with HCPs, collaborating across teams to solve access challenges and improve patient outcomes in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; MBA/MPH preferred.
• At least 5 years in field reimbursement/account management.
• Experience with pharmacy and medical benefit design and coding.
• Willingness to travel up to 75%.

Responsibilities

• Educate HCPs on reimbursement processes and coding requirements.
• Collaborate with field support team and serve as access and reimbursement expert.
• Lead compliant access discussions with field team.
• Address access barriers using data and account management.
• Build trusted relationships with customers in assigned accounts.
• Manage territory logistics and account planning.
• Stay current on coverage and coding requirements.
• Partner with internal departments for education and insights.
• Complete required training and adhere to ethical standards.
