Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine’s PECS team is seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager for the Phoenix, AZ territory, including Phoenix, Mesa, Scottsdale and Glendale. The role requires on-site collaboration with healthcare providers and staff, and up to 75% travel to educate and resolve reimbursement and access issues.

The FRM will lead education on reimbursement processes, coding, and payer requirements, partnering with sales and support teams to ensure patient access and adherence to high

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; MBA/MPH preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Account management and/or reimbursement experience.
• Pharmacy and medical buy-and-bill experience; coding and appeals.
• Ability to collaborate across a matrix organization.
• US-driver’s license and permanent residence in territory.

Responsibilities

• Educate HCPs on reimbursement processes and coding requirements.
• Collaborate with field support, sales, and account managers; serve as access, fulfillment, and reimbursement expert.
• Lead compliant access and fulfillment discussions with field team.
• Use data to address access barriers and improve patient outcomes.
• Travel on-site to support providers; build trusted relationships.
