Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager for the San Antonio, TX territory, covering San Antonio, Austin, Corpus Christi and Waco. You will educate providers on reimbursement processes, collaborate with sales and support teams, and drive access and affordability for neuroscience therapies.

The role requires up to 75% travel, strong communication, and 5+ years of reimbursement experience to support patient access and payer negotiations across multiple markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or business/public administration.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Reimbursement or relevant managed care experience in the provider office setting.
• Ability to establish relationships, collaborate, and influence across a matrix organization.

Responsibilities

• Educate HCPs on reimbursement processes, claims submissions, procedures and coding requirements.
• Collaborate with field support team members and serve as access, fulfillment, and reimbursement expert.
• Lead compliant access and fulfillment discussions with field teams.
• Use data to proactively address access barriers and improve patient outcomes.
• Travel on-site with HCPs up to 50% and support education needs across the territory.
• Build strong relationships with customers and manage territory logistics and planning.
