Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or business; MBA/MPH preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience in reimbursement, managed care, and payer design.
• Ability to influence across a matrix organization and solve problems.

Responsibilities

• Educate HCPs on reimbursement processes, claims submissions, procedures, and coding requirements of payer organizations.
• Collaborate with field support team members such as sales representatives and key account managers; serve as access, fulfillment, and reimbursement expert.
• Lead compliant access and fulfillment discussions with field support team members.
• Use data and account management skills to address access barriers proactively.
• Address critical access and affordability issues with urgency and accountability.
• Partner with managed care colleagues to understand policies and changes.
• Conduct field-based reimbursement and access support, education and problem-solving.
• Build strong relationships with customers in all assigned accounts.
• Manage territory logistics, routing, and account business planning.
• Maintain knowledge of market dynamics including coverage and coding requirements.
• Grow knowledge of hub and specialty distribution channels to improve patient support.
• Collaborate with internal departments; serve as SME on access and affordability across payer types.
• Execute business with high ethical, legal, and compliance standards; complete training.
