Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; healthcare or business/public admin preferred.
• MBA/MPH preferred for higher scope and growth.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience in account management or reimbursement.

Responsibilities

• Educate HCPs on reimbursement processes, claims submissions, procedures, and coding requirements of payer organizations.
• Collaborate with field support team members such as sales reps and key account managers; serve as access, fulfillment, and reimbursement expert for the local team.
• Lead compliant access and fulfillment discussions with field support team members.
• Utilize data and account management skills to address access barriers.
• Address critical access and affordability issues for patients with urgency and accountability.
• Partner with managed care colleagues to understand current policies and future changes.
• Conduct field-based reimbursement and access support, education and problem-solving.
• Build strong relationships with customers and manage territory logistics and planning.
• Maintain knowledge of national/regional/local market dynamics and payer requirements.
• Collaborate with internal departments and serve as subject matter expert on education and insights for access and affordability.
