Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or business/public administration.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Account management and/or reimbursement experience in provider offices.
• Reimbursement or related managed care experience with coding, billing, and prior authorizations.
• Ability to influence across a matrix organization.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Educate HCPs on reimbursement processes, claims submissions, and payer coding requirements.
• Collaborate with field support teams and serve as access, fulfillment, and reimbursement expert.
• Lead compliant access and fulfillment discussions with field support teams.
• Utilize data and account management skills to address access barriers proactively.
• Build strong, trust-based relationships with customers in assigned accounts.
• Manage territory logistics, routing, and account business planning.
• Stay knowledgeable on national, regional, local coverage, and coding requirements.
