Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine’s PECS team is recruiting for a Field Reimbursement Manager for the Nashville, TN territory, including surrounding cities. This role focuses on education, access, and resolution of reimbursement challenges with healthcare providers, with up to 50% on-site engagement.

The FRM will partner with sales, marketing, and HIM/IBG teams to ensure compliant patient access and seamless fulfillment across payer types. Travel up to 75% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or business/public administration; MBA/MPH preferred.
• MBA/MPH preferred for advanced qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Educate HCPs on reimbursement processes, claims submissions, and coding requirements.
• Collaborate with field support teams and serve as access, fulfillment, and reimbursement expert for the local team.
• Lead compliant access and fulfillment discussions with field support team members.
• Build strong relationships with customers in assigned accounts.
• Manage territory logistics and account planning.
• Understand market dynamics and payer policies to optimize patient access.
