Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or business/public administration; MBA/MPH preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience
• Account management and/or reimbursement experience in provider offices
• Reimbursement or managed care experience (revenue cycle, buy-and-bill, coding)
• Ability to establish relationships, collaborate, and influence across a matrix organization
• Problem-solving ability to navigate access scenarios and identify solutions
• Superior communication skills and effective follow-through
• Experience with patient support HUB services

Responsibilities

• Educate HCPs on reimbursement processes, claims, coding requirements
• Collaborate with field support team members and act as access/reimbursement expert
• Lead compliant access and fulfillment discussions
• Use data and account management to address access barriers
• Address urgent access and affordability issues for patients
• Partner with managed care colleagues to understand policies
• Conduct field-based reimbursement and access support
• Build trust-based relationships with customers
• Manage territory logistics and account planning
• Stay updated on coverage, coding, and market dynamics
• Collaborate with internal departments on education and insights across payer types
• Execute training with high ethical, legal, and compliance standards
