AbbVie in Irvine seeks an Account Executive to handle daily account activities for assigned brand(s). You will implement the strategic plan, manage client expectations, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver high-quality work on time and on budget.

The role requires 3+ years in a pharmaceutical advertising agency, a bachelor's degree, and strong communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office and Veeva is expected. Collaborative, detail-oriented, and proactive problem-solving are valued.

• Partner with internal teams to deliver client work from initiation to completion.
• Assess situations and recommend options aligned with client marketing objectives.
• Ensure deliverables are ready for review in Veeva and by Medical/Regulatory/Legal partners.
• Manage weekly meetings and capture action items for clients and senior leads.
• Serve as day-to-day client contact for tactical development and status updates.
• Mentor junior account staff and support senior leads in development.
• Create, review and maintain brand budgets and provide updates to clients.
