Job summary

AbbVie is seeking an Account Executive to handle daily account activities for assigned brand(s) under the supervision of the senior account lead. You will implement the strategic plan, ensure client satisfaction, and deliver high-quality work that supports the client’s business objectives.

You will partner with internal teams to develop deliverables, manage budgets, and coordinate reviews with Medical/Regulatory/Legal.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent business/industry experience.
3+ years’ pharmaceutical advertising agency experience.
Strong written and verbal communication skills and knowledge of promotional review procedures.

Responsibilities

Partner with internal teams to create client deliverables from initiation to completion, ensuring timely, budget-friendly, and strategically aligned completion.
Assess situations and proactively make recommendations aligned with the client’s marketing objectives.
Ensure all deliverables are ready for review prior to submission in Veeva and review by Medical, Regulatory and Legal partners.
Manage weekly Medical/Legal/Regulatory meeting agenda and support client and senior account leads with notes and action items.
Serve as day-to-day client contact for tactical development and weekly status meetings.
Mentor account coordinators and collaborate with senior account lead on development.
Create and maintain job estimates and budgets, reporting updates to the senior account lead and client, per procurement protocols.
