Qualifikationen

• 3+ years’ pharmaceutical advertising agency experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent business experience within the pharmaceutical or related industry.
• MS Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word) and Veeva proficiency.
• Proficient written and verbal communication with strong attention to detail.

Aufgaben

• Partner with internal teams to create client deliverables from initiation to completion, ensuring timely, budget-friendly, and strategically aligned results.
• Assess situations and proactively make recommendations consistent with the client’s marketing objectives.
• Ensure all deliverables are reviewed in Veeva and approved by Medical, Regulatory and Legal partners.
• Manage weekly review meetings and capture notes/action items for clients and senior leads.
• Serve as day-to-day contact for tactical development and lead support during client status meetings.
• Mentor account coordinators and support senior account leads in team development.
• Create, review and maintain job estimates and budgets, reporting updates to senior leads and clients.
• Oversee convention planning and media, coordinating with internal agency teams on recommendations, execution and logistics.
