Neurocrine Biosciences is seeking a field-based Account Manager to drive territory growth by promoting our neuroscience and endocrinology products. You will build long-term relationships with physicians, nurses, and other clinicians while educating them on product benefits and indications.

The role requires strong knowledge of commercial pharma, excellent communication skills, and the ability to execute strategic sales plans.

Competenze

• Minimum 4 years in commercial pharma/biotech sales; 3+ years in specialty pharma or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulatory and enforcement environments.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales objectives in complex environments.
• Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, Veeva) and business intelligence tools.
• Willingness to travel and reside within the geographic territory.

Mansioni

• Promote Neurocrine products and grow territory through education and account management.
• Execute territory sales strategies to meet or exceed objectives via in-person and virtual communications.
• Identify territory opportunities and address barriers to product success.
• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, payers, and key stakeholders.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Patient Access, MSL, and medical communications teams.
• Uphold FDA guidelines and pharmaceutical industry compliance policies.
• Maintain field presence Monday–Friday with potential evening/weekend events.
