Job summary

Dyne Therapeutics seeks a Director, Thought Leader Liaison to build and execute a strategic engagement model with external thought leaders in rare neuromuscular diseases. This field-based role requires residence in the assigned territory and frequent travel to support commercial objectives.

You will identify and cultivate regional experts, translate insights into commercial strategy, and lead engagements at congresses and advisory boards with compliant practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years in biotechnology or pharmaceutical commercial roles, rare disease experience preferred.
• Experience engaging neuromuscular or rare disease thought leaders in a commercial context.
• Strong understanding of the rare disease commercialization landscape and patient advocacy.
• Proven ability to translate complex science into clear, actionable commercial strategies.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes a comprehensive thought leader engagement strategy for rare neuromuscular diseases.
• Identifies, profiles, and prioritizes national and regional thought leaders based on expertise and influence.
• Builds long-term, trust-based relationships with clinicians through compliant, value-driven engagement.
• Translates insights into actionable recommendations for brand, launch, and lifecycle strategy.
• Leads commercial engagement for neuromuscular congresses, advisory boards and peer-to-peer initiatives.
• Collaborates cross-functionally to ensure compliant, consistent execution across regions and departments.
