The position is field-based and requires residency within the assigned territory with up to 80% domestic travel, enabling frequent regional and national interactions to advance Dyne's neuromuscular portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years in biotech/pharma commercial roles, with rare disease exposure.
• Proven ability to engage neuromuscular or rare disease thought leaders in a commercial context.
• Strong understanding of rare disease commercialization and patient journeys.
• Self-starter with executive presence and ability to influence cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes a thought leader engagement strategy for rare neuromuscular diseases.
• Translates insights into actionable brand, launch, and lifecycle plans.
• Leads engagement for major congresses, advisory boards, and peer-to-peer education.
• Partners across Sales, Marketing, Medical Affairs, and Compliance to ensure compliant execution.
