Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years in biotechnology or pharmaceutical commercial roles.
• Experience engaging neuromuscular or rare disease thought leaders in a commercial context.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes a comprehensive thought leader engagement strategy focused on rare neuromuscular diseases, aligned with Dyne’s priorities.
• Captures and translates insights from thought leaders into actionable recommendations for brand, launch, and lifecycle strategy.
• Leads engagement for neuromuscular congresses and advisory boards, including planning, execution, and follow-up.
• Collaborates across regions and departments to ensure compliant, effective engagement and ROI measurement.
