Job summary

Dyne Therapeutics is seeking a Field-Based Thought Leader Liaison for the Northeast to develop and execute a strategic engagement model with neuromuscular experts, translating insights into actionable commercial strategy and supporting the long-term success of the portfolio.

This Senior external-facing role requires residence in the territory, frequent regional and national travel, and close collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Training, Legal, and Compliance to

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years in biotechnology/pharmaceutical commercial roles.
• Experience engaging neuromuscular or rare disease thought leaders.
• Strong understanding of rare disease commercialization landscape.
• Ability to translate scientific insights into commercial strategy.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a thought leader engagement strategy.
• Identify and profile national and regional neuromuscular leaders.
• Build long-term relationships with clinicians and experts.
• Provide strategic input into positioning, messaging, and planning.
• Lead engagement for congresses and advisory boards.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Collaborate across departments and manage vendor partnerships.
