Job summary

Dyne Therapeutics is seeking a Thought Leader Liaison for the Southeast region in a field-based role, building strategic, compliant relationships with neuromuscular experts to support our commercial objectives. You will travel frequently to engage with thought leaders, advisory boards, and congresses.

In this senior role, translate insights into action, partner with Sales, Medical Affairs and Marketing, and drive disease-state understanding to support portfolio adoption and long-term success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years in biotech/pharma commercial roles.
• Experience with rare diseases or specialized markets.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes thought leader engagement strategy.
• Identifies and prioritizes neuromuscular thought leaders.
• Builds long-term relationships with clinicians and experts.
• Translates insights into commercial strategy.
• Leads engagement for congresses, advisory boards, and peer programs.
• Ensures compliant, ethics-driven engagement.
