Job summary

Dyne Therapeutics is seeking a Director, Thought Leader Liaison to develop strategic engagement with external neuromuscular thought leaders and translate insights into commercial strategy. This field-based role requires residence within the Southeast TLL region and up to 80% domestic travel.

You will build credible relationships with clinicians, support disease-state education, and contribute to brand, launch, and lifecycle plans while ensuring compliant engagement across functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years in biotechnology or pharmaceutical commercial roles.
• Experience engaging neuromuscular or rare disease thought leaders.
• Strong understanding of rare disease commercialization.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes a comprehensive thought leader engagement strategy.
• Profiles and prioritizes national and regional neuromuscular thought leaders.
• Builds long-term, trust-based relationships with clinicians and experts.
• Leads engagement strategy for congresses, advisory boards and peer initiatives.
• Partners cross-functionally to ensure compliant execution.
