NuVasive Clinical Services, a subsidiary of Globus Medical Inc., is seeking an Entry Level Associate Neurophysiologist in Boston, MA. You will provide intraoperative neuromonitoring during surgeries, working closely with surgeons and the operating room team to ensure patient safety.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; no prior professional experience needed.
• CNIM eligibility via ABRET pathways (Bachelor's degree, R EEG T or R EP T certification or a graduate of a CAAHEP or NIM IOM program).
• Knowledge of intraoperative neurophysiological monitoring (IONM) and/or human anatomy & physiology and/or technical troubleshooting preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 25% and obtain hospital privileges where applicable.

Responsabilités

• Provide intraoperative neuromonitoring during surgery and monitor patient nervous system.
• Communicate monitoring information to the surgeon and surgical team during cases.
• Label and analyze waveforms, measure latencies, amplitudes, and conduction times per guidelines.
• Identify protocols and perform troubleshooting to ensure accurate data collection.
• Complete documentation and timely uploads of IOM logs and files.
• Maintain IONM equipment and perform routine checks.
• Adhere to company policies and compliance requirements.
