NuVasive Clinical Services, a Globus Medical subsidiary, seeks a Neuromonitoring Specialist/Associate Neurophysiologist to provide intraoperative neuromonitoring during surgery. You will monitor the patient’s nervous system and collaborate with top surgeons and medical staff in a fast-paced OR environment.

This entry-level role offers comprehensive training, clear career development, and requires up to 25% travel.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required, no prior professional experience.
CNIM eligible via ABRET pathways (Bachelor's degree, R EEG T or R EPT certification or a graduate of a CNM/NIOM program).
Knowledge of IONM and/or human anatomy & physiology preferred.
Operating Room experience preferred.
Strong time management and organizational skills; ability to manage competing demands in the OR.
English communication with surgeons and surgical staff is essential.

Responsabilités

Obtain detailed medical history and consult with surgeon on structures at risk.
Communicate monitoring information to the surgeon and team during the case.
Label and display waveforms, measure latencies, amplitudes, and conduction times.
Identify protocols and troubleshoot to ensure accurate data collection.
Complete documentation and maintain IOM logs/files.
Maintain neuromonitoring equipment and perform required maintenance checks.
