Boston Scientific Neuromodulation in Philadelphia seeks an SCS Territory Manager to cover Philadelphia and Southern New Jersey, onsite. The role focuses on growing patient care pathways, educating clinicians, and expanding a referral network for spinal cord stimulation products.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 2 years in sales or a clinical position; medical device experience is a plus, with a base around $80k plus incentive, commensurate with experience and training.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2 years’ work experience in a sales and/or clinical role or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Medical device sales experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Biology, Kinesiology or other science field preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Focusing on patient care you will; cultivate a designated customer base, prospect for new customers in an assigned geographic area, act on leads and persuasively position our products and services versus competitors.
• Territory Managers oversee the entire SCS process of patient care, pre-surgical education, post-surgical follow ups and long-term care of the device; build a referral base of physicians, OR and hospital staff.
• Provide and receive coaching to develop high performing teams; build rapport with clinicians, nurses, technicians, patients and team members to influence sales and usage.
• Translates business strategy into clear objectives by maintaining pricing strategy discipline, anticipating problems and establishing procedures for meeting goals.
