Job summary

Boston Scientific, a global medical technology leader, is seeking a Clinical Specialist 2 in Fort Worth, TX to support spinal cord stimulation procedures, provide technical expertise, and ensure optimal patient outcomes. You will educate customers, partner with the sales team, and lead training using diverse formats, while traveling regularly within the region.

A bachelor’s degree and 2+ years in sales or clinical roles are required.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum of 2 years' work experience in a sales and/or clinical role.
Preferred: medical device sales and/or clinical education experience.
Preferred: degree in Nursing/Biology/Kinesiology or related science.

Responsibilities

Provide expert clinical support through programming, troubleshooting, and intraoperative guidance for spinal cord stimulation procedures.
Deliver patient follow-up care, ensuring optimal therapy performance and long-term success.
Partner with the sales team and healthcare professionals to drive therapy adoption and outcomes.
Educate customers on products using presentations and demonstrations across multiple formats.
Lead educational initiatives with diverse formats to inform about product technology and industry trends.
Work with physicians and hospital staff to deliver tailored education on clinical benefits and best practices.
Engage clients through regular training sessions and informational meetings to support therapy outcomes.
