Job summary

Medtronic is seeking a Sales Representative PNS to cover Manhattan, NY, as a field-based role focused on meeting sales goals and building relationships with physicians and hospital stakeholders.

The position requires 6+ years in medical device or related field, strong communication and negotiation skills, and knowledge of reimbursement. You will work with surgeons, manage territory plans, and support clinical education activities.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of sales, clinical, or related experience in medical device, Medtech, healthcare or life sciences; or Associates Degree and 4+ years of experience; or Bachelor's Degree and 2+ years of experience
• Experience calling on physicians and hospital stakeholders
• Knowledge of reimbursement climate
• Experience in territory development and achieving sales goals

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain account and territory plan to achieve sales objectives
• Establish relationships with physicians and hospital stakeholders
• Present SPR products to surgeons and hospital staff
• Coordinate and facilitate hospital product approval processes
• Attend periodic sales meetings and contribute to team activities
