Medtronic plc in the United States is seeking a Sales Representative for the PNS portfolio to meet and exceed territory sales goals in Maine and New Hampshire. The role focuses on establishing relationships with physicians and hospital stakeholders while driving SPR-based patient care improvements.

The candidate will collaborate with surgeons, support product knowledge, and contribute to training and education initiatives while navigating reimbursement and accreditation requirements.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or equivalent with 6+ years in sales, clinical, or related experience in medical device, Medtech, healthcare or life sciences.
• Associate's Degree with 4+ years of relevant experience in medical device, Medtech, healthcare or life sciences.
• Bachelor's Degree with 2+ years of relevant experience in medical device, Medtech, healthcare or life sciences.

• Create and maintain account and territory plans to achieve the territory's sales objectives.
• Establish and foster a customer centric culture by building relationships with physicians and hospital stakeholders.
• Develop professionally through results orientation, managing product approval processes, territory development, and clinical knowledge.
• Contribute practices and ideas to team members.
• Utilize account management systems to track contacts, activity and follow up.
• Deliver monthly/quarterly business reviews as requested.
• Assist with trade shows and sales meetings.
• Work with surgeons to increase exposure through SPR presentations and posters.
• Identify cases for case studies, white papers and video library additions.
• Remain current with RepTrax and similar accreditation requirements.
• Contribute to project team activities and coordinate hospital product approvals.
• Identify additional target hospitals and physicians within territory and assist training.
